Isn't it curious that when RW blogs exposed the Rathergate |
|
memos, the corporate press was all over it, but when our side exposes massive vote fraud there's barely a whisper.

1. Good Point. More proof that the "liberal media" is a myth. |

They talked about Freepland like it was some innovative extension of the world of legitimate journalism. They talk about DU like we are a bunch of paranoid schizophrenics bent on destroying all that is right and wholesome.
They have it reversed, obviously. Skinner needs to hire a PR person.

3. Part of the reason it got so much "legs" was their competition |
|
(CBS) was reporting the original story on network news. So it's a natural when it's disputed that the others pile on.

6. Bush flat out lies in the debates (and the media would have the tapes |
|
to prove he said "Frankly, I'm not that concerned about (Osama)")
And the issue of the next few days is "John Kerry mentioned Mary Cheney without permission!".

7. Or how about when Kerry is campaigning in Ohio |
|
in front of 100,000 or so. CNN newsreader says "hundreds and hundreds" have turned out. Then they cut back to her READING a SCRIPT.
There are masters at the subtle message. MSNBC runs a intro promo for Scarborough's show on Oblermann..."we'll be talking with conservatives and the liberal ELITE tonight"

9. "It's the Republican Owned and Operated Media, Stupid"... |
|
That's why there was dismal media coverage on Aaahnold's father being, not only a Nazi soldier, but a volunteering Nazi soldier. That's why in the 2000 Recount, Crappy Cowley and others repeated the bald-faced lie that the Democrats were starting lawsuits, when it was the Republicans headed by Jimmy "Defend the Saudi Family from American 9/11 Family Lawsuit" Baker. That's why Anne Coulter still gets air-time, while a much highly educated Thom Hartmann is still unknown, in spite of his 30 or so years in the radio business. That's why "My Pet Goat and the Sock-Puppet" was never aired. That's why Crappy Crowley is still allowed to report on Democrats while subtly eaking in comments like today's "...saying that Clinton's library looks like a "double-wide"." That's why they pound on Rather because of those planted memos. That's why they pound on DUers and Democrats as "conspiracy theorists" without any clear explanation. That's why Rupert Murdock is the most powerful man in the world. It's the Republican Owned and Operated Media, Stupid. That's why Kerry conceded. Resistance is futile! Assimilate! Assimilate!
