Mine
12 quarts water 2 cups Hebrew salt 3 cups brown sugar 8 Bay leaves 4 tablespoons peppercorns Fresh Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Margoram
Bring to boil, cool, use to brine fresh turkey 24 hours.
There are many versions what are yours?

But I'm grateful that you posted yours. We make turkey often during the year and I've saved your recipe. I was worried when I put mine in the brine this morning and then read the suggestion on the Honeysuckle White web site. They say to put it in the brine the night before. So I'm glad to learn that 24 hours is good, too.
