I have successfully edited the website. And make some changes. However, now I want to delete a character (person) listed. We have 2 columns 3 deep for a total of six people. I want to take out the fifth one, and then center the sixth one on the bottom row. I can just delete number 5, but then 6 is still aligned in the second column way over to the right. Any ideas? I am using Notepad++ and FileZilla. dc

For a 2 column, 3 row table. The bottom row cells are merged and centred. Maybe you could compare this to the current table code and paste in what you wish to change.
<table width="200" cellpadding="0"> <tr> <td>Name 1</td> <td>Name 2</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Name 3</td> <td>Name 4</td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2"><div align="center">Name 5</div></td> </tr> </table>

And since it was built using Adobe GoLive, for some reason it has an overly complicated table structure. The specific cell you want to edit has a colspan=5 attribute in it that seems completely unnecessary. Experiment with adding a removing TD tags (those are the table cells), and their corresponding /TD tags (those mark the end of the cell's script).

4. Well, CaneToad has done it. But I still have to study it to see how |
|
he did it. I know by changing the code, the numbers, but I have to study it to see how. And then take out the photo or image in the white shirt which is now on both sides. And move the base up a bit, so there is no long space at the bottom. It's a learning experience. Thanks for the help. dc
