Exercise ball for posture? Anybody know if this is good or not? I have |
|
really bad posture and need some type of exercise that is VERY VERY simple. I've seen several ads about using a exercise ball to help improve balance and posture. I'm afraid to buy one without some input from others about it.
Thanks for any help.

I have much experience since they are very well used in my gym. Exercises for abs, back, and legs can be performed on it. You can also stretch your back and other stretches on it. Since most exercises are done on or assisted by the ball, you don't have to get directly on the floor, esp. if it's difficult.
It's very versatile and you can get a lot of use out of it.

2. I love my exercise ball. |

I use it for all kinds of stretching & to sit or lay on for weights. I have also found that if I roll on while I lay on my stomach it helps a lot when I have cramps. Not sure if it would work for anyone else, but it works for me.
