So, with Saddam's trial drawing to a close (at least the verdict's due... |

...on November 5), was there ever any reporting on his trial? Did the Corporate Media ever summarize the daily goings-on with lawyers-turned-journalists telling us what happened and the significance of the day's proceedings? I thought once Saddam was captured and the trial commenced, we might glean some insight on his relationship with the Bush Family. We might be privy to the details on the deals he had with Cheney and Halliburton. We might even learn more about that meeting he had with Rumsfeld, or the April Glaspie fiasco.
I don't recall any such information coming out from the trial. Did I miss it?

Saddam has not recieved a fair trial.
It appears that Bush will have Saddam sentenced to execution for direct political gain.
Executing somebody without a fair trial is murder.
Murdering people for political gain is what Saddam is being charged with.
