|
This is my first venture into making this sort of vid. :) kinda a compilation. the part about the guy claiming to have had an encounter with him is sourced from here: http://www.idahostatesman.com/localnews/story/144047.htmlwhere you can hear the entire unedited version.

4. Well perhaps Larry Craig isn't gay. |
|
Maybe he is one of those people who will have sex with any old thing.. like a vacuum cleaner hose or a ham sandwich.

5. I was unaware that sort of activity was taking place... |

Are men truly just performing sex acts with strangers in public restrooms? I've never heard of such a thing... aren't they aware of the possiblity of contracting STD's? Doesn't AID's worry them?
As for Sen. Craig... unfortunately, if he was innocent... that is irrelevant now. Like O.J. Simpson, he and America must live according to the verdict. He is legally a cock-sucker... and a stupid cock-sucker at that... guys, I don't care who you fuck... just don't do it with strangers in a public restroom for Christ's sake.
Nice video, btw... I wasn't watching this story in any signifigant way and this video proved informative and well organized. Well done.

9. Check out craigslist... |
|
There are ads for businessmen wanting to meet up in the restroom during a layover on a daily basis.
I can tell you what drives this risky behavior in our country: mainly Christians. If people in this country weren't so damned pious and judgmental, we wouldn't have so many gay people sneaking around in bathrooms during the times they can escape their wives. Maybe somebody feels they can't have a healthy sexual relationship because of the pressures society places against it, but they still have sexual needs they're going to meet. And that's why we see such predominance of risky sexual behavior.

Engaging in sexual acts with a strange man in a bathroom stall is not what I would label as normal, safe homosexual behavior... to me, it's purely dangerous, loveless perversion. Homosexuality is not a euphemism for reckless promiscuity. Also, if a man is married and he wants a sexual relationship with another person, he should get divorced first. Fucking someone else pretty much nullifies a marriage, regardless of gender.
You can falsely accuse all of Christianity and label our philosophy as the main reason men are having meaningless and dangerous sex with strangers in public restrooms if you wish but you are sadly mistaken. Clearly no one has ever explained the real nature of Christianity and most likely you probably won't listen now any way so please don't consider this an attempt at conversion.
I truly believe you have the wrong idea about the story of Christ and those who believe in the truth of it. I also believe those who hide their own smallness behind the enormity of the cross are ignorant of the truth as well. Sadly, they don't care to hear the truth either. When the blind lead the blind, they will both fall in a hole.
It's bigotry and self-loathing that is to blame... not Christianity. Men from all religions and even atheists are ashamed of homosexual feelings... Christ has nothing to do with it. My guess is some of these men turn to Christianity in the hope that it will cure them of "shameful" feelings but that is not what Christianity is for... in fact it's just the opposite. Christianity is supposed to remove you from the yoke of shame... not by making you self-righteous but by helping you live the life your soul yearns to lead. Christianity is a path that prepares a person for battle against the forces of shame, ignorance, hatred, bigotry and greed that want stop you from self-actualization.
True, some turn it on it's head and use it for evil and self-serving ends but people do that with everything... look at the Republican approach to Constitutional powers and American jurisprudence... talk about standing something sacred on its head. Because some Americans torture does that mean you torture? Because some Americans use fear to justify murder, does that mean all Americans are cowardly warmongers? Because some self-loathing homophobic assholes hide behind the cross, should we condemn Christianity and all Christians with it?
