It seems like everyone here and across the country |

has come to the agreement that Muslims are ineligible to be President of the US. What other groups members are not eligible to be President? Now you can't say "Blacks" or "Women", because the country has at least said that these people are eligible.
SO the list of those who are nor eligible to be President:
1) Muslims
2) Atheists
3) Socialists
4) Homosexuals
5) Who else?

9. "A distinction without difference", is I think what they call it. |
|
Otherwise why would it be considered a "slur" to say "Obama is Muslim"? It is absolutely inaccurate, but why is it considered a "slur" if not because Muslims cannot be elected President? I think that Obama has handled this issue better than any of his supporters have, but everyone seems to agree that a Muslim is just not eligible to become President (as well as an atheist, a homosexual, a Hindu, etc.)...

13. Then you are one of the few who think so. |
|
The reactions of individuals that I have witnessed to the idea that someone would say or think that Obama was a Muslim have been the reactions to a slur, not just a "lie". You may be being honest when you say you do not consider it a slur, but, in honesty, most here react to it as such...
