He's the VP. If he doesn't want (or can't because of his heart) to dress appropriately for these occasions he should give the job up. He dressed appropriately for his swearing in and it was just as cold. Dressing appropriately is part of his fucking job. He's a douchebag for doing this and it clearly shows he doesn't fucking give a shit (like we didn't already know that)

And you know what else? He could find and afford clothes that are just as warm and a lot more tasteful. Hell, my overcoat is one of the warmest coats I own. He's a fucking douche.
