Just as outlined in the Project for the New American Century neocon plans for world domination, population control is being cooked up right now.

NO JOKE.

IBM (yes, the same IBM that made the Nazis Holocaust possible) is working with National Geographic and the Human Genome Project to get the DNA of indigenous peoples around the world in their database.

Then they can perfect the 'antidote' to poor people and dose them with it as a test for 'curing' the world of the Chinese and liberals.
