since it appears to me, after a brief reading, that condom use is approved in only those cases in which one or the other partner is infected with HIV or an STD. I don't see anything in that article, other than the author's interpretation, that condom use will be approved for the purposes of birth control. Only the prevention of HIV/AIDS.

Buy a condom, wind up on the radar for STD and HIV. The new scarlet letter.

Did I get that correct?
