71. In all seriousness, why was this voted to the greatest page?

Ann Coulter periodically "jokes" about the deaths of certain liberals and other enemies but this week the killing reference appears right in the headline of her column.

BREAKING NEWS: COULTER GOES TOO FAR
Headline displays filth normally expressed in the column -- or on TV, on the radio, or in books

Wow. She just keeps reinventing herself. She's like a conservative Madonna. How can she possibly top this? Maybe next time she'll read her column headline on TV while patting her head and rubbing her tummy - she may not even wear that little black cocktail dress. OH ... MAH ... GAWD.

All joking aside, I'm serious when I say I don't understand why she still gets attention. I know what she said, same thing as last week, same thing as next week. Does Editor and Publisher seriously think it's news because this time it was in her column headline? Please. I wanna know who she's blowing over there.

I'm not saying we shouldn't respond; we should. I just don't see the value in vindicating what she says and letting her set the terms of the discussion. If you voted for it, I'm curious as to why.

Now Kirsten Powers knows how to handle her. I think the poor dear just needs a hug.
