48. Who was contracted, then fired by the Army to run the Walter Reed mail room?
A contractor can sub-contract, and, as we know all too well, the sub-contractors sub-contract to family, friends and even non-existent "employees".

Anyone find anything on this yet? I spent about an hour researching and didn't find anything conclusive, however it should be recalled that International American Products Inc./IAP did have a contract for services that resulted in some of the worst violations at the Walter Reed outpatient facility, and IAP's connection fueled the investigations and firings of some.
