Placing three shots in a group as tight as two inches means they were aimed intentionally.

Add to that the fact that the physics of the situation says that he had to have been sitting with his head supported from the rear, like against a wall for example. Otherwise the head would have moved from the first shot and again from the second.

Of course we know WHY he was murdered, don't we?

He had said publicly that the Bush/Cheney war in Iraq was taking much needed manpower from the real war on terra in Afghanistan. We certainly can't have some low ranking grunt disrespecting the Presnit can we?

So the answer likely came from Darth Dick: Kill him and make him out to be a hero who gave his life in the service of his country. I don't believe this is the first intentional murder this criminal group has been responsible for.
