Seriously, how much of any given day do you think Lil' Boots Bushler ISN'T drugged out.

C'mon, all he has to do is place a call and they'll bring Herr Monster a goddamned gift basket full of valium, xanax, miltowns, secobarbital and any other of the neat brain peptide adjusters science has come up with to make Bushies FEEL GOOD.

The whole Pharmaceutical Industry is Chimpler's medicine cabinet.

Apparently, this morning, he got a little deeper into the pills than he usually does, but it's been stressful week.
