on something based on a third hand statement in a single paragraph description. This is how "Al Gore invented the internet" type things happen. Don't investigate the incident yourself, just base your opinion on someone elses opinion of their 3rd hand experience.

Jeez, if the woman had complied she would not have been tazed. If she hadn't tried to kick out his window and been screaming out of control, she wouldn't have been tazed.

Let's sypathize with the out of control drunk who resists arrest and was fighting with the bartender prior to the officer's arrival.

What we hear from here now has no relation to her behavior then. Once she is cleaned up and sober she becomes a sympathetic character.
