The tazing was non stop. Nothing the officer claims in his police report is shown in the video. Believing that you are informed from reading the police report of a cop who just spent five solid minutes torturing a woman on video is a tad ignorant when the video clearly shows him torturing her. Being an, "out of control drunk who resists arrest and was fighting with the bartender prior to the officer's arrival," is not grounds for tazing. You would make a good Bush spokesperson.
