universal HEALTH CARE (like the Europeans have), not universal INSURANCE. The fuckin' bloodsucking insurance companies suck out approx 35 cents out of every health care dollar, and they provide nothing of value in return. They've gotta go. (they can still sell life insurance, auto, homeowners', etc - but they have no place in the provision of health care. Fuckin' parasites.)

Single payer is the only way to go.
