89. the reason it may be illegal
is becouse she declared it the "official" fund. She hasn't even taken any money out of the fund. And, apparently she never will. The money will probobly be returned. These were donations made by individuals with a cap of 150 dollars. In fact if she does all thease things she will just have to pay a fine and all of this will go away. She will pay a fine and by this time next year she will be rolling in the dough to the tune of millions of dollars. After she dissolves this fund and resigns she can turn around and start another fund and this time keep the money.
