the standard was LONG AGO established under brandenburg.

do i really have to repeat the standard to you?

it (used to ) astound me how few people (on this website and elsewhere) understand the BASIC concepts of free speech.

and there were grounds for assault charges to be pressed in regards to the spitting, but the congressman victim declined to press charges
