"the meagre supply 350 tonnes of high explosives were looted by evildoers who hate us for our freedoms and we have incontrovertible proof that these Weapons of Mere Destruction are located precisely randomly strewn about Tikrit. Iraqi troops were assigned to guard the cache and apparently did not believe in freedom being quite as on the march as we so fervently do. The evil-doers can stop bringing it on now, please."
