Talladega goes for Kerry???

Well, this part of the countryside is definitely deep red, but I will tell you though, as far as the ladies, they love to party.

There is a reason for the phrase "Party time in Talladega". Thus in this regard, they are as liberal as it gets. I love the way they speak.

There is an image I have of a stunning young lady dancing in the back of a pick-up truck the evening after a NASCAR race. There was a large bonfire with men and women dancing around the fire to tunes from the group "Alabama". With the young lady in the truck encouraging them on.

And as for the men, well they are conservative, no doubt there, but they also try to "do the right thing". So I think they can be commended in this regard.

On edit: I will add one more item.

A corporation, the Monsanto company has lost a lawsuit in this area forcing them to clean-up AND compensate residents in the area subjected to the ill effects of PCB poisoning of the land. They are well aware of the unchecked greed that corporations operate from in the pursuit of profit and wealth.
