Remember in a debate with Gore how Chimpy sat up and nearly drooled with glee when he shouted that prisoners in Texas soon would be DEAD! He was nearly having an orgasm thinking about the death of others. Notice how during the invasion of Iraq the Chimpy has never had a sad or remorseful word or look on his face.
