is absolutely true. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Kim Jong Il, the madman from North Korea, is less harmful than Dick Cheney.

How could I say such a thing?

Answer = reach. While Kim is a brutal dictator and he has probably killed thousands of his own people, he really doesn't have any influence outside his borders.

CHENEY on the other hand, has his reach all over the world. When he gives the word, hundreds of thousands in Iraq die. If he wants, the US can drop nuclear bombs on top of Iran and millions will die.
