The majority of the American people want him to act decisively to fix the mess that we're in - economically, in the war in Iraq/Afghanistan and our broken constitution. Obama's (and the weak Dems') fear of the filibuster and being seen as "partisan" has compelled them to acquiesce to the Republicans, who by the way - LOST THE GODDAMN ELECTION! That's why Obama's numbers are decreasing.
