N. that was doing the dirty work, like not allowing chemotheraphy drugs in to treat leukemia that would have probably been cured with those drugs. They were VERY upset when the U. N. pulled out after their headquarters were attacked.So a mixed bag.

But if the U. S. is OUT in every way, and the U. N. is in charge and gets the Iraqis themselves,Africans and other Arab and Muslim countries involved helping,probably this can be overcome.
