Whenever he attends a campaign event the campaign pays the average first class fare for him and all of his staff. The press follows him for free and the secret service and flight crew are required to be on the plane, so they don't pay.

Clinotn set new records using AF1 during his elections. Bush does nto ahve to release his numbers until after the election. If he tries to call a campaign trip an official trip and avoid paying, I hope some DUer will catch it. Lets watch out for this.
