As for the whole Afghanistan thing:

- Representatives from the Taliban visited Houston, TX in the late '90's to visit with Unocal 76.

- They are rude bastards who treated the women there appallingly bad.

- Karzai was a consultant for Unocal.

- The pipeline has been planned for a long time.

- No talk of action against the Taliban prior to 9/11, even though they were known to be harboring OBL, who was a suspect in the USS Cole bombing a few months prior.

Do the math, Rush.
