Would you have voted for George Bush in 2000 if he had promised to:
Spend all the surplus in the treasury and create a deficit as far
as the eye can see.
Alienate all our important allies.
Involve this country in a deadly and highly questionable war (no WMD).
Reduce veterans benefits and military pay.
Eliminate overtime pay for millions of Americans.
Give billions of tax dollars in goverment contracts without competitive bidding.
Encourage outsourcing by policy.
Give tax cuts to companies that move American jobs out of the country.
Raise medicare by 17 percent.
Pass a bill that makes it illegal to buy medicine from Canada even though it is
cheaper.
Gut our environmental laws.
Make the Geneva Convention irrelevant.
Make portions of our constitution irrelevant.
Start nuclear weapons testing once again.
I ask you, what vision for a second term has he presented would cause
you to vote for him now, and would you be able to believe what he says?
