1. Bush already did that when he ignored the August DPB, he allowed

3000 American's to perish because he rather be chopping wood and relaxing in Crawford. I guess his trump on that action would be to think he deserves another four years of ineptness and his claim he's capable of protecting Americans from his own negligence.
