8. The stem cell issue, I believe, is far more important than it is given
credit for.

You need only walk into a nursing home and see so many people in their 80's and 90's who are suffering from so many ailments. This population segment is exploding and the lack of a stem cell research program to find cures for these ailments is criminal.
