83. This is like the Coach of the Year Award

I'll always give it to the coach that took the overachieving team that was 2-9 last year to the brink of the big Bowl. Never to the guy that was the consensus pre-season champ, but who won it by going a shaky 10-1.

Gov. Dean. He brought in new energy and showed that money could be raised cleanly. Mr. Grassroots Goes to Washington.
