I Apologize for all those years

that I voted GOP while in the Navy. You would not believe how easy it is to be conservative while in the military. Many things that civilians have to worry about active duty military members do not.

Food, lodging and health care provided at no cost for the service member and monthly stipends for those with dependents. For a poor boy from Wisconsin it seemed like a great deal until.

Years later (and a service connected disability) I know better. It took me 10 years to kick the GOP habit (I am also a Christian, but my church is not far right).

I did vote for Kerry and I wish he had won, he carried Wisconsin though so I guess my vote kinda counted.

I AM VERY SORRY I EVER VOTED REPUBLICAN!!!
