21. As an Aussie lefty

while I found Clinton rather charasmatic (and amusing), I never for one minute thought of him or his policies as even vaguely left. Slightly, ever so slightly progressive yes, but not left. The best that can be said for him is that he ehld the line against the rising fundies and rrighties.
