Who is running?

More than 120 parties have been approved to run candidates for the national assembly. Each party must present a list of candidates with at least 12 names and no more than 275. One-third of the candidates on the list must be women.

Some of the parties are negotiating to put up combined lists representing a coalition of several parties.

FIRST vote EVER...yeacht reight! This is free and fair all reight! Who EVER thought of this? Why not 18 provinces...18 different ballots - one for each province with a slate to represent each province? Gee we have 50 states and we don't all get to vote for ALL the congress people and ALL the senators we vote for OUR province..:grr:
