His whole speech seemed to be an attempt to gloss over the whole "disagreement thing" - well excuse me, but she received more no votes than any nominee in over 180 years, I think there was legitimate reason.

I was so glad that Biden got right back up and said once again the reasons he was voting yes and why he not only felt it was okay to vote no, but essential to the process and would help to keep Rice accountable for her actions.

But Senator Harry Reid said it best with his soon to become famous remark ""Shutup and Vote" is not Democracy!"

I stood up in my living room and cheered on that one!
