8. In the 60s a college friend and I "liberated" a big "Jesus Saves" sign.
It was about 6'x4' and was on a tree on a county road near Auburn, Alabama. We were in my atheist friend's '64 Austin-Healy 3000, riding the back roads and sipping iced tea (right!). We had the top down and actually held the sign above us (resting on the top of the front window and the chrome luggage rack). My friend put it up on his apartment wall. Great art, eh?

Jesus Saves AND GRETZKY SCORES ON THE REBOUND!
