As for Rossi, we did notify the Rossi team of the problems we were finding with the optical scan, showing how it could be easily fraudulently manipulated, and where to find the evidence. We were told that they were not allowed to present any new evidence by that point (we notified them as soon as we discovered the problem, and BEFORE we even went to Leon County to demonstrate proof of concept).

I agree that vote fraud investigations should be conducted on anomalies regardless of which party is favored in the election. I also think that Washington State -- at least, King County -- has indications consistent with Democratic election manipulation. We will persist in investigating what happened on Nov. 2 in King County, regardless of any candidate outcome or court decision.

Let the chips fall where they may.
