Who couldn't quit anytime. Or who had an altered personality thanks to marijuana.

However, meth is a scourge that changes your personality, but I guess if your voting base is snorting or smoking it, you're not going to care too much, hmmm?

:sarcasm: But by God, we're gonna go after them dangerous pot smokers, and all the black people who sell and use crack.... :sarcasm:
