20. Good and bad scheduling for him simultaneously
Good because it takes him out of Crawford ("Working vacation"), bad because he will be in CA, not the Gulf coast and there will be fundraisers. If he does go to affected areas on his way back (and I suspect he probably will), it will likely be Mississippi where Barbour can fawn over him. Also more to lose there in terms of GOP voters than in NO. Hope he is asked about all that equipment needed in disasters of this kind which the LA National Guard was made to take with them to Iraq. The rationale being -- if something happens, we will get the needed equipment from Mississippi. Ya, right.
