...at a wedding. I know several renters that were simply presented a check.

Of course that was right prior to the 2004 sElection and in a state that could go either way.

Plus if I may add something rather telling Charlotte County Florida is primarily White and votes faily Red.

New Orleans is WAS decidedly not.
