He's trying the "I feel your pain" thing that comes off as pathetic from him.

How insulting that he's giving this speech from NO.

Now listing off things that have been done. He's good at ticking off items on a list, that's about all good I can say.

This sounds eerily like when he's listing off stuff about Iraq.

Third time with the jaw thing (that I've caught). It's really weird when he does that. Ooops, fourth time, and that time it interfered with his speech. Fifth time.
