6. A whole new meaning for "Justice Sunday", eh?
Maybe we're seeing the REAL motive for Frist's plea for a more like-minded Republican judiciary. Perhaps one that will turn a blind eye to public corruption yet clamp down the rights of everyday citizens.

This won't stop Frist from trying a Presidential run. He'll work day and night to spin this thing. Failing that, by the time the race really starts to heat up this will be so far in the past that he'll confidentally deny any of it ever happened. (The repub version of a Jedi mind trick)
