The allegation states there was porn involving children. That is something criminal they can shut you down for. Person involved says no such thing was there. Hope they have a good lawyer and someone who can verify if anything was messed with on her system or the server involved.

Hosting services and I think places like AOL have agreed to start refusing to allow "inapporpriate" material out on their servers, but how tight that definition is I don't know.

If it's a case that the hosting service buckled under pressure, then it's not exactly a violation of her rights, no one has to give you a venue for your porn or performance art etc... You just have a right to put it together.
