-- Help starve poor Americans, by decreasing funding for the food stamp program at a time when people might need it the most, like those recovering from Hurricane Katrina.


And I could go on and on.

The Republican wing-nuts clearly have their talking points and marching orders. I've got a wing-nut on my blog, who is clearly a single issue voter. He keeps saying that Democrats want "abortion on demand."

And he can NEVER give me a straight answer, when I ask him why Republicans love the fetus but hate the child. Why they don't talk about the need to care about children once they are born, by giving them universal health care, and making sure they have enough to eat.
