Condi most likely will be in legal trouble herself. She had the information on Valerie Plame a month before the outing by Robert Novak. If she lied about that to the prosecutor, that's a problem.

Also, she was on AF1 when the memo was distributed for them to see. If she claimed that this was her first time to see it, she's in trouble.


I don't know why everyone assumes that Bush and Condi are off the hook in this crime. I think they were both totally involved in protecting Bush's war lies. After all, he's the one who lied directly to the people to sell this war.

And what kind of conficence would anyone have (other than a few freepers) in a president who was surrounded by plotters and liars, and knew nothing about it?

He's the ultimate abuser. He demands things from people and threatens punishment if they don't deliver. He lets everyone else do his dirty work for him, then deserts them. What a shit. I almost have more respect for Libby ~ I hate cowardly hypocrites.
