IS SOMETHING ELSE STRANGE GOING ON HERE

Forgive me for reverting to Matt Sludge and his disreputable milieu but he wrote something, that if true, may require questioning. Namely....What The Hell Is Going on?

We know that the atmosphere in the WH is putrid these days but if the Sludge comment is true, we need to know what is happening between the ears of *.

Sludge writes:
"The sources said Mr. Bush maintains daily contact with only four people: first lady Laura Bush, his mother, Barbara Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Undersecretary of State Karen Hughes. The sources also say that Mr. Bush has stopped talking with his father, except on family occasions."

Seems that * doesnt trust anyone anymore, especially his staff of advisers and has shut himself off from them. Does this mean Laura and Barbara are in charge? Like Mrs Wilson after Woodrow became incapacitated? Is there a law, a rule, a regulation or a tradition of some sort that is being violated here?
