The way the Bill is structured, 61% of the funding will go to the drug companies with cuts in other areas like surgery and Doctor's visits. Also, AARP is fundamentally an insurance company and would be allowed to compete in that industry plus be able to run an on-line pharmacy for members.

The director is also a Rethuglican shill and wrote the preface for Gingrich's book adding another conflict of interest.
