34. It takes a lot of courage to get to the point

where you're ashamed and scared. It means you're facing up to things. You're a good guy. Congrats, and I mean that.

You're lucky to have someone who cares about you so much that she wants what's best for you, too. It will probably be hard while she's gone the next couple of months, so I'll just echo what everyone else has said: we're here for you. Good luck, and hang tough (sorry for the inadvertent NKOTB reference).
