Let's see ...

I used to work as a Green Party organizer.
I've been active in the anti-drug-war movement and on prisoner-rights issues.
I put myself through an ivy league degree and a year at Harvard Law (for the express purpose of later seeking public office).
I'm openly and unapologetically anti-capitalist (in exactly those words).
I've been active in internet political forums for about 8 years, I post under my real name, and my favorite hobby is to shred laissez-faire talking points.
I've been photographed, audiotaped and (unsuccessfully) baited to "advocate violence".
I've been stalked and harassed on the net, up to and including threats of violence and death.

So, as to the FBI, I'd say the answer is very probably "yes".

However, as to other (*private*) right-wing groups, I can say with certainty that the answer IS "yes". This I know from direct, personal experience.
