Anyone know how to remove the cylinder from a Kwikset lock?
Advertisements [?]
My landlord goofed and didn't tell the locksmith to re-key the deadbolts, just the main lock (attention burglars -- I haven't moved in yet, there's nothing there of value, don't get excited). The locksmith told me to pop the cores ("oh, it's simple, you can find instructions on the Internet") and bring them in and he'll key them to the main lock.

I am relatively handy, and with instructions, I won't have a problem. But my Google skills are failing me today -- all I'm finding is instructions on how to remove the entire deadbolt.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
